It is a legal requirement for any building where social interaction takes place for details of customers and/or guests to be recorded to support the NHS Test and Trace system. It is vital that they are kept confidential to comply with existing GDPR regulations. Visitor details are recorded on the top sheet but kept confidential by the boxes being blacked out, while copied onto the second sheet. Each book has 20 sets - each recording 25 entries - 500 in total.
